Frozen Blueberries 1/2 cup
Sliced banana 1/2
Soy milk (light) 1¼ cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Sugar/honey 2 tsp
1. Blend 1 cup of the milk, the blueberries, banana, sugar or sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Add up to ¼ cup more milk if a thinner smoothie is desired.
3. Serve chilled.
