For example, supplements containing nutrients or compounds that are recommended for a healthy lifestyle, such as omega-3 fatty acids, minerals, herbs, amino acids, enzymes, organ products, glandular products or vitamins can increase the nutritional content of your day’s diet and amp your overall health.
